The purpose of CHRS is to instill hope by providing assistance to children and their families in need. Specifically, this assistance is designed to meet children’s basic needs, such as clothing and food, so that they are better able to apply themselves to their school work. Secondarily, CHRS provides some of the non-essentials that help to enrich the childhood experience, such as bike and helmets, athletic camps and field trips.
